    Problem: spouse chat not working after name change.

    Details: I can message my wife in spouse chat, but when she tries to reply it says that the character is offline.

    My previous IGN: (EatVirgins).
    New IGN: (LoveIsADrug).
    Spouse IGN: (st1nky)
