Closed Spouse chat not working after name change

    Problem: After changing my name my in game spouse is no longer able to send messages to me. However, I am still able to send messages to them.
    Details:
    My current IGN: Faelexna
    My previous IGN: Kurumin
    Spouse's IGN: Zkittlez

    I should note that I have since made a new character reusing the IGN Kurumin. The original Kurumin was a Bucc and the new one is an FP mage. The name Faelexna is also reused, the previous one being a BM and the current one being a Bucc.
