I've never completed these prequests before, so I'm not sure if this should be happening or if I'm doing something wrong. I tried to do a forum search and didn't really find anything pertaining to this issue. I've just completed Stage 1 for the third time (this time with another party member). Followed the guide, and I understand that I'm supposed to get a piece of the fire ore and exchange it with the NPC for a complete one. However, at the end of the stage, when you have to drop the keys onto the chest, I keep receiving the complete ore rather than a piece. Speaking to Aura exchanges the Fire Ore that the chest dropped with a Piece of the Fire Ore, removes me from the map and I return to The Door of Zakum without the complete ore (the piece of the ore remains in my inventory). In hindsight, I should have taken screenshots but didn't think to do so. I'll try a 4th time and take screenshots along the way, if I continue to have this issue. Any advice on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you!
I'm able to go to the second stage, but I don't have the Fire Ore that I'm apparently supposed to have...is this okay? I have no idea.
