I get the idea that the standard monster drops dont have the 2x drop boost. So in not talking about the scrolls or equip drops but the solid horns for jr. celions for example. I might be wrong since i cant measure it but the drop rates are surprisingly low.
it seems to be so... with dark nependeath's the drop rate for a dark nependeath seed extreemly low ( i have 6 now and ive killed 50-75 of them)
