Start up

I recently just joined and downloaded mapleroyals and would love to get started as a DK already lol..however im having an issue starting up the game once I try to play I get a message saying " The program cant start because wzmss.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" I reinstalled this 3x and nothing has changed can someone help me out here ? Thank you

 

You need to download the MapleRoyals setup without your anti virus turned on, if you use chrome you need to turn of the anti phishing protection in the options,
as described very well before, it sees MapleRoyals as a false positive and deletes the .exe file.

You could re install the whole set up or i believe you only need to download the (Mapleroyals.exe) http://royals.ms/downloads/
and put it in the MapleRoyals folder.

Try downloading this http://www.mediafire.com/download/v1f91d1fd20r55s/MapleRoyalsNeededFiles.zip and simply add the missing dlls.

Wait sorry im a little confused
so on the download tab at home page I have to download the setup then when thats done I download the client putting it in the mapleroyals folder orrr do I put it in the actual maplestory folder ?

 

If you download the setup, you don't need to download anything else.

 

You should only have a MapleRoyals folder after downloading the setup. Inside, there should be MapleRoyals.exe
