Hello! I have come back to this server after some time, mainly because I have time to spare now, but I have found it hard to pick up where I have left off. Especially since the people I knew before hand are all long gone. I had a small but amazing group of friends when i last played. And so i had an idea! This may be a tall order, but I was thinking that It would be fun to find people to start from scratch with me (absolutely no funding or resources from prior accounts). This doesn't mean you have to drop other accounts completely though just no funding. We would all play a different class, and hopefully everyone would play a class they have never played before or are at least unfamiliar with. I am searching for the true old school maple feeling where you had to work with different classes and embrace how each class is different and how each class can help the group! I think an ideal group size would be at least 6 people but no more than 10. At some point we would make a guild and I don’t want the guild to be too overwhelming. And like I mentioned, no duplicates in classes… I want everyone to feel like they play a unique and important role in the group! As much as I want to keep this open and broad to anyone in this community (assuming anyone is even interested in what I am proposing), there are a few things that I think are important especially if the group is as large as 10 people. Most importantly would be time zones. I want most of us to be around at the same times as much as possible, so that no one feels like they are missing out when they go offline. I am in the EST time zone and I would mostly be looking for people around that zone or at least people that are very flexible and can play at various times. I am not necessarily free 24/7 but I do have a good portion of time to play and level up! Another thing to mention is probably age. Although its not super important I think it would also be best to be mostly in the same age range. I am 22 years old and if you are around my age you are probably also on summer break and have some free time! But again, age isn’t that important as long as you are mature. And of course, last but not least, it’s important that everyone is friendly! I want to find a group of people that are nice and have a sense of humor/can joke around but also want to create some real friendships. And something long-lasting. I hope that if you do respond to this that you are some what serious in playing for more than just a few days and then stopping =( Obviously, a lot of things need to be discussed if anyone is interested in this idea. Things need to be worked out especially for what classes people want to fill. So, if enough people want to join me on this new adventure, we can make a discord or something and work things out before starting in maybe a few days! I really don’t know what to expect as far as responses go… if you are interested I would appreciate it if you let me know along with your age (if you are okay with that), time zone, maybe one or two classes you would like to play in the group or you can pm it to me if that's possible! If a lot of people are interested then I will have to go with those that replied first and that fit the loose criteria haha, but that doesn’t mean more than one group can’t be formed from all of this! Just joined this server so completely unfunded and could use some kind of community. Created a Mage, as I've never tried that class before, really looking forward to putting in some hours, once I'm done for the semester. IGN is Majs, age 21, feel free to add me (Y)
