Stat reset at first job?

    Do you get your AP back after first job? E.I do I need to skill Int from lvl 2-10 if I want to be a mage, or will I be able to reallocate for free?

    You have to buy APR (Ability Point Reset) from Cash Shop for 3,100NX each to reset it.

    Minor correction for others who might see this: mage advancement can be made at level 8, due to how painful it is to get to 10, compared to other classes. That might not help much if you want to complete all quests on maple island though.

    That beginner snail shell throw skill is your friend! In addition, some of the maple island quests give a lot of exp, thus reducing the pain a bit for aspiring mages.
