Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't stats from items add to the specific stat's attributes? To make it clearer, what I mean is, if your item adds luk, doesn't it add avoidability as well? Or another example is, taking a thief and 10 dex/luk earring into scenario, does it make any difference for a thief to wear 10 dex earring or 10 luk earring? Assuming the first line of what I said is true, then it doesn't make any difference to be wearing 10 dex or luk earring since either ways, you'll get your same number of stats, right? Like if you are wearing 10 dex earring, you can put 10 AP into luk, and vice versa if you are wearing 10 luk earring. If whatever I've said is the case, then why do thieves bother to keep a low base dex? Thanks in advance for the response since I'm pretty curious about this.
First off, for the first 80 lvls or so you can use statless weapons. This means you can go full luk. In later lvls mw Comes into play and any secondary stat above needed is a wasted stat.
You want to minimize the amount of base Dex you have because of maple warrior, get Dex equips as a thief and put ap into luk.
