IGN: sparkyhs Problem: Voted but didn't get NX Details: I voted on my new hs mule's account last night around 9pm server time. I heard the problem with new accounts, even relating to the voting issues, got fixed this morning but my mule's account sill has 0 NX. Can I plz get a refund as my mule desparately needs a pet?
Fixed today, unfortunately GMs don't have an ability to refund NX so we can't refund your 8k NX. However, voting again normally tomorrow will reward you with the normal 8K on the new account without issues.
