after two days, i still encounter the same problem, about 80% of the time the game disconnect when i choose my character. and show this (pic below) after re-type login id and pw again it shown this I need help please, i didnt encounter this problem before until this week, whenever i succeed enter the game, i cannot change channel, once i change channel i will automatically disconnect. I hope that someone could tell me what happen
