Not replicable Storage to use transition's when use has only one slot empty

    Or buy a use item that fills that slot?

    Yes, I'm able to, infact I've dropped a scroll took the ilbi from the storage and then picked that up to completely fill my use

    Does the same thing happen if you try to take out another item?
    I am able to take out items with only 1 use slot.
