    Does anyone know which gachapon gives the items to make Storm Caster Gloves by any chance? if anyone could help me would really appreciate it!

    I think nlc give you the recipe but as for the item idk, only 1 person has made a SCG so far and he said he brought the item off a friend. So only that person knows
