    You're not able to submit the 100 Charms of Undead to get the cape.

    I think others have been able to do this quest okay. This might be a quest glitch. Try after the next sc/reboot.

    There is a possibility (fact) that some (or a whole lot) of quests are only bugged for certain classes. The same goes for drop rarity of quest items depending on your class. A guild mate of mine said he killed around 30 Wild Boars for the Broken Mirror pieces for this chain quest, while it took me, on both my Thief and my Mage a whole lot longer. He is a Pirate.

    Doesn't work for me. I collected all items but can't complete quest. :(
