IGN: Rinzaku Problem: Stuck at Character Selection, possible MAC ban. Details: Hi, I'm having trouble entering the game. I'm able to log in, but at server selection, all channels populations are minimum (empty). Upon selecting a character and attempting to enter the server, it crashes to "You Have Been Disconnected From the Login Server". I've followed steps to try and remedy this. A past game I've played was Microsoft's Forza Horizon, which required the installation of tunneling adapters in the Network Devices. I have deleted those. I the past I've also used a private VPN service which also came with it's own Network Device. I've deleted that. Now I'm only left with my Ethernet connection, but I'm still getting the same error. I'm seeing on the forums that this is a possible MAC ban, could a GM please help me check? I'm a long time player on MapleRoyals, I've never done anything against ToS, I've never been banned, and I've always been in good standing, but I did try to log in yesterday while I had those Network Devices active (which may have caused MAC ban?). Also, some threads indicate pets might be causing issues, so just for good measure: I had a pink bunny as a pet with potions and item magnet. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.
