    Good day everyone. I just joined MapleRoyals about a week ago and i've noticed an issue that seems to happen countless times.
    I usually get stuck at the log in screen after typing my password and pressing enter. And shortly after, the screen turns black and says i've been disconnected.
    I have tried the methods in a troubleshooting thread i stumbled upon, like disabling unused network connections, setting the compatibility mode to Windows 98/ME, Firewalls, you name it.

    Unfortunately, the issue still persists. I wake up in the morning to log in, and it gives me the same issue. I try a few times every hour till i can get in. And the next day, the cycle continues. I'm not entirely sure what is causing the problem, but after reading a few forum threads regarding this, it seems that it could be the server issue. I've asked a few players in game if they had encountered anything like this before, and they've never heard of it.

    Hopefully the moderators/administrators can look into it or maybe even check and see if it's my account that's causing the issue. Thank you for your time :)

    @Linny

    Let's try a few things. First off, are you on WiFi or plugged in via Ethernet? Also, I assume you are on Windows because you tried the compatibility mode.

    Try this:

    1.) Hold windows key + R at the same time
    2.) Type in cmd and hit enter
    3.) When the black window pops up, type netsh and hit enter
    4.) After about a 1-2 second day, it will let you type again in the same box. Type winsock reset and hit enter (winsock reset with the space in between)
    5.) Once completed, please restart your computer.

    Let me know if this works. Also, please make sure to sure the question regarding wifi/ethernet

    Hi there, thanks for replying. I've tried the winsock reset thing and restarted my computer. However, i still have the same issue. Regarding your question, i am using a LAN cable for my internet. I went to a friend's place to play MapleRoyals just now and i was able to get in the world screen in one try, so it shouldn't be my account that is causing the problem.

    Do you know which router/modem you own? (which company)
