Kai told me to make a Ban appeal to get help with my problem, but I used the troubleshooting guide and noticed this was the place to post my issue. I haven't been playing for a couple of months, and now that I'm back I can't get past the login screen. After entering ID, PW and clicking Log in the button just stays pressed and nothing is happening. I've reinstalled the (new)files 3 times now, but nothing new. There's no window popping up when I try to log in or anything, nor is the game crashing, it just wont take me past the login screen. Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account. The reason I asked you to make an appeal instead of posting it here is that your case is different from the rest which are tagged "Under Investigation", where your accounts showed up fine. So by making an appeal, an admin will be able check in-depth on what is going on, such as whether your IP/MAC has been mistakenly banned because a hacker used it, etc.
