Stuck in Amherst

    Hi, I have just created a new character. When i reach Amherst, if I try to use the portals on either side of Town, I disconnect. I was able to use the portal to initially enter Amherst but cannot leave. I am able to use any other portals within Amherst. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Played around with my security programs. I also tried making a new character but none of these have fixed the issue.

    Any help appreciated.
