The NPCs in mushroom shrine in Zipangu are all either missing or cannot be interacted with. On some channels, Spinel is there but in a different part of the map than she is supposed to be and can't be talked to, so I can't get out of Zipangu at all.
Have you updated to the latest game files? If you did, please kindly upload a screenshot of what you are facing (NPCs missing)
