Stuck on a map!

I hope someone can help! I redownloaded the client a few mins ago and was on my way back to orbis from leafre. I went through the portal after purchasing the ticket and all of a sudden my screen goes black and displays "error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)." I've tried to "fix" and register my ip but there were no changes. And this same message appears every time I try to log in. I can access my mule without a problem so it only seems to be specifically my main character.

Have you found a fix yet? I'm also experiencing the same error code when I try to log in. I will instant dc if I try. I was trying to go to Orbis from Leafre as well when it happened. I can log on mule just fine too.

Thanks John for the fix! Now I am wondering is that map still bugged? Assuming it is, and lets say I traveled to Leafre and wanted to travel back to Orbis, how can I do so without getting stuck?

My character 'Hugs' got stuck in this map too. I had been away all day and didn't know this map was having issues. I created a thread in another section that I was stuck but I think I may have posted it in the wrong section. So just kind of repeating the fact now that I am stuck and would like assistance when possible :c My bad
