Stuck on Black Screen when i go into Cash Shop last i went in all the NX is gone and balance is zero

Hi friends and staff of Royals, i came across a new issue today when i tried to go to cash shop to get some vip tp rocks the game froze on black screen.

I did manage to get into it and the nx balance is 0 and all the previous nx items are gone.

I closed the game and tried to log in again choose the same character and get a message unable to log in.

Last thing i did was gathering eggs at typhon nest for hp quest, i dropped off the map and i wanted to tp near the nest and game start crashing after i tried to get tp rock in cash shop.

This is what happens when i go to cash shop, i have to force close the game and re-log. Last time i went to the cash shop the nx balance is back again. But if i leave cash shop i'm stuck in black screen again.
