Based on having read several refund threads over the last few months, there were several threads asking for refunds because there was someone afk in the Ruins of Krexel II map after having killed it. This would then lead to the next party not being able to do their planned Krexel run and would be required a refund. @Sekiryuutei and I were wondering if it would be possible to implement a Krexel exit timer similar to the way Zakum's exit timer works. We believe that this would decrease the amount of refunds needed for that specific matter and would allow GM's to focus on other cases. Of course we don't know if it's hard to implement this, but we wanted to suggest it anyway . It would look roughly like this: Player x kills Krexel, Player x gets x minutes to loot items and gets kicked out of the map if player x has not manually left the map before the timer has run out. Eh, I don't think there's a timer needed for the entire krexel. Just for the stage where Krexel has been killed. When Krexel is alive nobody can enter the map, but they can once he's dead and that is what is causing issues at the moment for some groups. As some players forget to move their hs mule out of the map after they have left on their attacker. This results into new groups finding a non reset version of the Krexel instance when they enter and thus they have no boss to kill and need to ask for a refund.
I don't think a timer for the boss fight itself is all that necessary as some other mentioned, but I do think a 3 minute timer after the kill would be useful. It would also involve locking the map after the kill until that 3 minutes has elapsed, too.
