Currently, the chat box in game is cluttered with chat from All, Party, etc. and especially Smegas. I am suggesting to add multiple tabs (or have the ability to choose the newer UI on the bottom in game if that would make the programming easier) as presented in the picture. Additionally, a "Smega" or "Market" tab would make sense so that the chat box would be less cluttered. I understand that smegas aren't only for selling, but most smegas are. On a side note higher resolution (like 1920 x 1080) support would make playing the game in windowed mode more comfortable. I understand you can use third-party programs to stretch the game but then the pixels are also stretched and deformed. Example "new" UI would be this image or the image in the thread: https://i.imgur.com/UtxUE18.png Allowing us to choose one of the three UIs could be easier to implement instead of having to program the newer chat system in the classic UI. Just my two cents. I wanted to see if this would be something easy we could add in the game and if the community is indifferent or not.
TS's suggestion would help more than simply muting smegas because I personally would like to see them, but at the same time not have them clutter out other chats that I might need to read. This is especially so when I step away from the computer/window for a short period - all the chats would have been flooded out by then.
