Hey recently I've noticed that when you have available mesos to withdraw from Fredrick, you aren't able to buy owl of Minerva's. Not sure if it's meant to be like this, but it can be a hassle for people that have unwithdrawn mesos for a reason. So I thought that it would be a good idea to make it possible to buy Owl of Minerva's, even when there are mesos to claim from Fredrick.
