    where i can find or make summoning but need no alcaster other way please

    I'm wondering if the problem you've had is that you've completed the first Alcaster quest but not the second one. You need to complete both "In Search of the Book of Ancient" and "Alcaster and the Dark Crystal", if I recall correctly. Also, I believe you need to be lvl 55 to take the first quest and lvl 60 to take the second.

    Does this help at all?
