A few notable examples are: You don't have enough MP to use this skill. The card is already full in the Monster Book. This card will disappear. Not available while riding on the tamed monster. Not available during the ride. You may not use the skill yet. I've always found Maple to be a social game, but a chat window that is dominated by redundant messaging that naturally occurs too often is detrimental to seeing and responding to chat. As this is only a suppression of notifications, there is no change required for the mechanics of the game. Conversely, I don't believe players should be required to alter their style of gameplay to avoid these warnings. The only reasonable counterargument I can think of is that players would no longer know why certain actions aren't succeeding, which I would say is dwarfed by the experience of players who desire this option, or can be replaced by moving these messages to the loot & experience stream.
I agree with this, and it would be a huge QoL change to see reductions and/or a command to filter out these alerts. These alerts are helpful for people new to the class or server, but they essentially become spam the more you become accustomed to the class and its playstyle.
The feature was added a while ago. However it led to a major bug that require fixing. We’ll add it back once it is ready
