I remember this was a bug back when the server first switched to new source. Interestingly enough, out of all my characters it only happens to my spearman. Sometimes the game just won't let me go into the portal. I remember the fix was to use a potion then try to go into the portal again. This still works. I just don't see why I sometimes can't go into the portal and can only do so after a potion use.
No. I just walk toward the portal normally. When this was happening I was walking from CBD to GS2. It was a rare occurance but it was there.
