for 21 Dex 9 Luk or higher stats thief pants lvl 80 (I'll top up if there is higher dex)
*Must have 9 Luk and 21 dex minimum in order to trade 1:1
*Not accepting lower than 9 Luk
*Can accept 10 Luk 20 dex as 1:1 ( if you yoloed and used CS to get to 10 luk)
