Taggarin is bugged. You can initiate a conversation with Taggarin; however, none of the interactions work. You can't continue the conversation with him, apart from the initial conversation. Because of this, you can't do any of the ninja clan quests. As a bowman, I would like to be able to buy arrows from Mo. Please fix for poor pepperino. Thank You.
