I seem to be able to telecast without issues, can you provide more information that might help us replicate the issue?
It happened to me while I was training at skeles. Not 100% sure TCing was the direct cause, could have been a coincidence. I blackscreened 4-5 times in a row while tcing casting genesis. It worked ok for about 1-2 minutes each time after client restart, then blackscreened when TCing and needed to force close client. Tried to set in-game resolution settings to low, and full screen, still dced. I set client to 800x600 in resolution.ini. Tcing worked fine after that with no issues. Happened again 1 time today after setting client back to HD client. Used CC cleaner to clean registry, restarted client and it worked fine with HD client setting.
