Character Name: LLeveLL Last thing you did: I was farming heartstoppers in Sophilia's Bedroom. Why do you think you got banned?: I was in heartstoppers farming like a good boy for about 45min-1hr, timer set for 90seconds so I could reactivate my Bahamut. When all of the sudden someone came in my channel and started attacking the mobs, basically stealing my place as Map Owner. Before this time I wasn't aware that Bahamut didn't register with map owner so I was slightly frustrated. This guy then continued to troll me and was just being a real jerk. He even said word for word "Someone stole my channel too, so we can share....". Initially I was pissed as anyone would be so I stayed and shared the channel with him. I stayed for about 10 minutes and I guess this why I was temporarily banned.. After he threatened to get me reported and banned I left and immediately found a free channel.... So yes I regret staying, BUT he literally could have just CCd and found a free channel, instead he decided to stay to bother and bait me. Then, after an ~hour of farming heartstoppers in my new channel (now incorporating Genesis every now and then to keep myself as Map Owner) I see the same guy as before hop in my channel. All he does is wait there for me to lose map owner again. He sat in a chair in the corner and just F2'd until he realized I was using genesis to maintain my map ownership and he left. Ban message when attempting to log in: Illegal programs or violating the game policy. I love this game, and the great friends that I've met through it - some people are just trolls I guess :\. I can't think of any other reason for being temporarily banned.
Thank you, I realized that... Which is why I wrote this appeal because I believe this particular situation deserves investigation. Please advise.
You didn’t obey map owner when the reporter asked you to leave. Yes I know it’s frustrating that people could steal your map but it’s your responsibility to use another attack to keep ownership. This happened to me a ton of times so I just had to find another map if the “map stealer” doesn’t want to give it back. I would suggest moving to Toy Room if there’s no channels available since the mobs drop Heartstoppers too. I’m not sure about the map sharing as none of that was described to me prior. I would assume you both ended off on a bad note as we banned you for kill stealing.
