A guild mate and I were doing the TOT the one who walks down the road..... and his out of 999 numbers stopped counting up, his quest lines disappeared from available and In progress. And the NPC also lost any icons above their head. We have tried waiting for server reset, he tried reinstall, Reboot etc Any help? Thank you! His IGN character is dmoneydubz69 Lvl 109 hermit
There are certain part of the questline that requires higher levels You may check the wiki for more info https://royals.wiki/npc/npc-temple-of-time/2140000 Also, for future reports, please do include relevant screenshots for details
Hey Dave! Thanks for the quick reply. First time poster here will make sure to grab some screenshots he is definetly the right level, we were only a few hundred into the 999 part of the quest and the numbers just stopped counting up for him. I'll see if I can get some screenshots off him.
Got some screenshots from him, we noticed his entire TOT quest folder in 'in progress' disappeared. He still has his complete. And the available does show that he has to talk to the NPC but the npc gives no prompt. And we were already in the middle of that quest anyway which is odd, when the numbers stopped climbing up from monsters. Here are some of his screens Thank you for your help
As per the linked wiki The One Who Walks Down the Road of Regrets2 - level 109 The One Who Walks Down the Road of Regrets3 - level 113 The One Who Walks Down the Road of Regrets4 - level 116 Note: the screenshots are cropped and does not show his character level, I am unable to verify if he met the level requirement
Hey Dave, he reinstalled the client again, and talked to the npc and it seems to have restarted the quest for him again. Seems okay for now.... Will post again with some detailed screens if it happens again. Very much appreciate your quick replies
You mentioned he killed the mobs halfway and the questline disappeared Did the kill count restart and it's 0 now? If it did, would recommend him to take screenshots after some kills (maybe 200~300) with ~servertime shown in case the said bug occurs again Would need screenshots to prove this bug exist
