Not Bug The 2nd quest in the Secret of Ghostship quest chain is stuck

    Hey, I've done this quest already on other chars, but for some reason after completing the first quest in the quest chain, I am unable to click Ralph the Wanderer do resume the quest (it only shows his text box like I didn't have any quest available with him), and it doesn't show that it's in progress or that there's any quest available.

    Hi future questers who are stuck:
    The first quest The Secret of the Past is LVL58+
    The second quest Making the Path to the Sea is LVL63+

    The other quests don't have a level requirement.
