And we are different person in different city.

The name are smilar just because want to look like she,i think that not a good reason for your guess and you ban all account.

Don't you know someone makeing the name similar on purpose?That can make us like a team or family.

I did the wrong thing so I got banned,it's my deserve .

But they do nothing why should they get banned with me,I am still confused .

Well, if you and your girlfriend both have the same account details the chances are high that you're account sharing which is a different rule of its own. To answer your question however, we ban per IP and MAC address which means that everyone playing on your IP has also been banned for the same duration as you have.

 

Fine,I am not mean to argue with gm,just because they complained all the day.

I know you still not believe us ,no matter what we say .

Hoeps you will never play in others home ,or you will get banned for other game in the future.

Afer 7 days we can login but maybe you are make us not want playing this game.

I don't believe it's very fair for you to blame us for you breaking the rules and us banning you for doing so.
Since you broke the rules you have to face the consequences, that's just how it is.
