    I have done all the prerequisite quests and got a wave translator but the last part of the quest is not activated. when i speak to Dr.Kim the option for killing Zeno is not there.
    Please help

    You need the correct Wave Translator to continue the quest, there are two, one fake and one real, and you have % chance to get the correct one.
