    I finished the quest for Alcaster that unlocks his store however the store isn't unlocked. He simply says: "If you decide to help me out, then in return, I'll make the item available for sale."

    Please I worked really hard to finish this. ~f4

    Have you also completed the quest "Alcaster and the Dark Crystal"? If not, you need to complete that too, to unlock Alcaster's store.

    Yep, this is not a bug, you need to also finish the level 60 quest. You are level 56. Here is the link: Alcaster and the Star Rock Available at level 60+. Please use the forum search too in future, as there are many threads about this. Thank you.
