Hello GM, Basically, we were a party of 5 as seen in the screenshot. We were all waiting together at the <Shaolin Floor 7>, however after clicking NPC, only 3 members of the party were sent into the map, <BishopZYJ> and <Meikyu> did not get transported into the boss run, and we lost our run. Just checking, but did you happen to have party bug at the same time? For example, did the party properly show that all members were there? and did the bishop's door work for everyone?
Hello June, Thanks for checking. Yes, the party was properly showing everyone as can be seen from the top left corner on the party window from all my three clients.
Have looked into this. There doesn't seem to be any immediate error related to this, so I think your party may have been bugged, as June mentioned. Sorry for the inconvenience, and if it does happen again, please let us know! Thanks for your help.

Ran into this issue for the first time today (around server time 2021-05-07 2:05am). My BM (ign bowlofsoup) SE'd and left party right before I entered the map as party leader on my bucc (ign Buccky). My friend's Bishop (ign sillypipe) came in, but his hero (ign Poutineville) did not. I have done 50+ runs with this friend of mine using various combinations of chars, this is the first time we ran into this issue as a party, and this is the first time I have run into this issue as a person out of 100+ runs. Fun fact, despite Poutineville not having entered the map, the game seems to think it has, and he could no longer enter the map today. Edit: - Looks like @Snay also reported this issue a while back Minor - Shao Door Glitch? | MapleRoyals Edit 2: - Sillypipe had the door bug earlier when Sillypipe and Poutineville were in party. Sillypipe relogged, but Poutineville did not. That could possibly be the issue.
Bump! This happened to my party again today. 4 chars were in party, 3 went in, one didn't. The char that didn't make it was the bishop of the party that had the door bug.
