the singapore Hair NPCs don't exist, their map icons are there but they are not in the map. Is it a glitch? Only the random reg hair stylist assistant NPC is there. All the face styling NPCs are present in singapore, what happened to the hair styling ones?
Yeaa it happens, he is probably on a coffee break Sometimes NPC's runs away and doesn't come back until a server restart. If you change channel he should be in another one, if he isn't you can ~GM and ask for help in reloading a map which puts any missing NPC back.
