I'm not too sure if this quest bug has been posted before, i had a quick search, but came up with nothing. So during this quest you have to kill 4 type of aliens in the Omega sector and collect 1 cell from each type; Barnard Gray's, Zeta Gray's, Ultra Gray's and Chief Gray's. It seems as the Zeta Gray's cell drops fine, but Ultra Gray's only seem to drop the Zeta Gray's cell as well, so there is no way for me obtaining the cell i need. I verified this by dropping my quest item Zeta Gray's Cell and picked up the cell that an Ultra Gray dropped. Here you can see me attempting to pick up a cell from a dead Ultra, but it gives the error "You can't get anymore item's" despite the quest helper showing i don't have an Ultra Gray's Cell.
