Ultra Gray's are dropping Zeta Gray's cells, as shown below. Zeta Gray's drop proper cells. Barnard Gray's drop proper cells. I don't know if Chief Gray drops proper cells. I cannot give further information as this quest cannot be completed and I am frankly not willing to farm up Chief Gray to see if he drops the proper cells, hope this helps though.
