The listed characters are not banned, do you own any other igns? or are u trying to connect from a different internet connection?

 

I'll try on my laptop, had alr restart modem and try but still the same.

 

I had alr restarted modem and router, but the same error came out, i try connect thru my mobile data on my laptop and got in, maybe i know how to resolve this issues?
