Dear GM, since 4 hours from this post I have been experiencing endless lag making my game unplayable. I tried both my home wifi and phone data but the problem persists. The connection is from two different service providers which makes the problem not from my end. I dced every 5 minutes, CC or change map even till now. I cant event seek assistance from the forum as it doesnt load. I dont have problems surfing other website only Mapleroyals. I even used 2 dragon elixer for my HTPQ due to lag. How am I going to be refunded and how is the problem going to be resolved?
