I accidentally dropped the album a second time. I can't buy a third album and i'm stuck in this quest line.
Are you supposed to obtain the item when accepting the quest? Not familiar with this specific quest... If so, maybe a server check would help here. Try forfeiting the quest and re-accept it after a server check. That might solve the problem and it’s the only thing I can think of that might help, sorry I couldn’t be much of a help here, hope someone else will help you soon xx
Unless the re-acquiring quest has some sort of cooldown like the Alcadno cape quest does, probably stuck without GM help.
