Solved [Solution Given] The message that appears to me is: the archive contains a virus or possibly an unwanted software

I haven't been able to download MapleRoyals in my notebook. The following message appears while I'm downloading it: "...It wasn't possible to successfuly conclude the operation because the archive (...MapleRoyals/MapleRoyals.exe) contains a virus or possibly an unwanted software". (I translated it from portuguese and I uploaded a PDF picture of it, the rest of the message is in english). Also, when I try to run the game, the following message appears to me: "We are unable to open your game client. Please restart your computer and try again. If the same error occurs, please delete all previous MapleStory game files and re-install the game clien from maplestory.nexon.net".
What should I do? I already tried deleting all files adn re-installing the game, but the same message keeps appearing to me.
