Quest The Old Tree Quest

    The Old Tree quest from Doctor Winston does not seem to be working?
    It also is one of the quests which cause items to not drop and also talking to the other npcs related to this quest such as Dances with Barlog or Manji will result in nothing.

    As far as I know, this quest (and its sub-quests) needs to be coded in.
