The One Who's Touched the Sky Medal Glitched?

Hello reader, My IGN is Scranton and I am having trouble finishing this quest to earn the medal.

I have been to the following areas:

1. Kerning City, at the top of the right crane.
2. Perion, at the top right near Manji by the wooden stake.
3. Chimney Tree Top, near the small tree stump.
4. Nautilus Harbor, at the far right on top of the pelican.
5. Entrance of Orbis Tower, above Minerva the Goddess' head

I am stuck at 4/5 for the medal and been to each place twice to see if I missed one. Is this glitched and unobtainable? I couldnt find anything on the forums discussing it.

EDIT : ty guys I got it. I had to get to the top of the wing at Orbis statue.

 

I have obtained this medal and I think for perion it is not anywhere near manji but the highest platform near the worrier advancement portal, and for orbis it is the wing instead of head

 

Love the gurren lagann pfp. I have this medal on multiple characters so i dont know if a update recently changed its obtainability? But i recall having to jump to sleepywood from top of chimney to get the point for it (just entering adds to victoria explorer) that got me stuck at 4/5 for a while. Also idk if it was just quick typing but the kerning one is the top of the left crane not the right. And you have to be almost all the way to the left for it

The statue is the wing not the head and at kerning city for me it worked at the top left crane.
