Fixed The portal highposition doesn't exist

    This bug can only be replicated once on spawn in the map. To replicate it again, you'll have to either relog, change channel or enter/exit the cash shop.

    So far, two places have been confirmed and they are:-

    1) The top left crane of Kerning City

    2) Entrance to Orbis Tower (map before 20th floor)

    Disabled them all since the quest is not yet functional.
