Fixed The Wandering Alchemist Eurek's New Skill does not grant the skill

    Upon completion of the quest 'The Wandering Alchemist Eurek's New Skill', I was not granted the promised new skill despite having labored hours of my life away procuring a red whip and traversing the maple lands for various junk scrolls.
    Please fix both the quest and grant me the skill.
