IGN: TheGazettE I have filed my complaint a few days ago, being determined that I have been banned for abusing VOTE, presumably because I have much NX and helpful I have been doing too much, I inform you about: 1.- When you enter your website and click VOTE to appear two options (Vote for MapleRoyals on Gtop100 for 4000 NX) and (Vote for MapleRoyals on UltimatePrivateServers for NX 4000), both with a single message: Enter your account name and vote for MapleRoyals to receive 4000 NX Cash. Please Ensure there is at Least 1 character created on your account before voting! You May vote only eleven every 24 hours. 2.-* My person at no time has violated this rule has always been making votes in the two options, respecting the 24-hour time by vote, obtaining a total of 8K NX per day for voting in UltimatePrivateServers (4K NX) and MapleRoyals on Gtop100 (4K NX). 3.- should you take into consideration, that in "NX CASH FOR VOTE OPTION", NO specifies that only should vote for a single option, or the maximum that a user must perceive NX vote is 4K NX per day. Something that takes the player into error, possibly causing banned, lack of information establishment, catering to players. 4.- This event happened with my IGN that ignorance innocently voted daily by both website, NOT SEE THE AD THAT ANY PROHIBITED. 5.- Different rules state that you are entitled to be notified in advance before being sanctioned in full, however I have never received any notification via email or in the game before carried out banned. 6 GM Lord, my IGN has always been playing on your server for a peaceful for a long time and still want to, I ask please keep in mind the above and be released from my banned. Number 5 is not true at all. In fact, our terms and conditions state that no warnings are given. Your one and only warning is reading the terms and conditions. With that said, if you have a concern about your ban for vote abuse, you need to PM Dustin as he takes care of these issues.
