The last thing I did: see the things I had on that character (I was in NLC)
Why do you think they banned you: Actually they closed my account, it asks me to verify my email, but since I have several accounts I don't remember which email I used :c!
Prohibition message when logging in: This Account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid pic authenthicattion attempts. Please Reset your pasword and PIN on our websites to regain acces to this account.

In my defense, I had not entered the maple for a long time, recently I decided to enter again and when trying to enter my account this appears. I would like to know if there is any way to know what email I registered with that account, in order to recover it: c

I was in the process of writing up a response, I responded to the other person first because they were waiting since yesterday so there's no need to bump your appeal. ^_^'

We do not delete accounts, and unfortunately you will have to make a request over here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ only the Admins are able to help you now as we've had issues in the past with hackers pretending to be original account owners and spamming our resources due to credential stuffing attacks.
