"Hero's Quality" / "The thiefs extreme path" given by Hellin, the quest that tells you to collect the Heroic star and pentagon, causes the no-drop glitch.. And I'm pretty sure you can't collect the items until you accept the quest. So it's impossible to complete without the secret spell scroll. I would much rather kill griffey and manon
